I spent three nights at Casa Nicole and really enjoyed it. It’s a non-smoking holiday home, about a 10-minute walk from Monterotondo train station. The owner was kind and helpful throughout. I’d happily recommend it if you want somewhere quiet and comfortable in Monterotondo.

It worked fine for a one-night stay. I think some of the other reviews set rather ambitious expectations, though. Alessia’s comments about the location seemed quite accurate to us.

I was in town for a course at the AVIOMAR flight school and had a great stay. The host was kind and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable. They also provided a bicycle, which made it easy to get to nearby places without walking. *****

The rooms are on the small side, but they’re comfortable. The B&B is clean and well organized, and the staff are helpful.

Nicole's house is very nice and clean, but for me, hospitality also means being welcomed in person. I would have preferred to collect the keys from the host and be shown the room, bathroom, and things I could use. I’d also have liked to know whether the other room was occupied, and by whom, so I had some idea who might be coming into the house while I was out or passing through. Sorry, but we didn’t receive the attention we’d expected.
