We were cold at night even with the heating on, and slept badly. I was with my partner, fortunately, because having a child there would have made the situation really difficult. Our mid-April stay wasn't comfortable: the room was noisy, especially at night, and the mattress was extremely firm. When we arrived, the bed had only a thin sheet, with no blanket or duvet, even though it was still rather cool. I asked for something warmer, but was told the duvet had been removed because it was dirty and they couldn't offer a new one or another blanket. They offered a coupon for a future stay, which didn't solve the issue. Two weeks later, I still hadn't received it.

The only drawback was how poorly insulated the room was. We could hear all the noise from the other rooms and the street. Otherwise, the rooms were beautiful, fully renovated, and very modern. The bathroom was spectacular, and there was a huge flat-screen TV. Getting in with the key box was easy, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and informative.

It's in central Montesilvano, behind the train station. The room and shower were nice, and check-in is online. You have to do that or you won't get in. This is a bed and breakfast where you don't actually see anyone to hand over the key or offer support. Okay.

The room was brand new and very clean. A really good experience, highly recommended.
