Luca made the kitchen a highlight of our short visit, chatting with us and sharing great tips for the area. We also loved the apple pie at breakfast. The room was clean, quiet, and well equipped, and the place was very affordable in a great location. Check-in and checkout were easy, and we felt very comfortable. We'd happily return.

I was visiting friends in Pesara for a few days and felt lucky to find Luca's B&B. He's attentive, easy to communicate with, and just a wonderful person. It's a seven-minute walk to the beach, with cafes, bars, and great lunch places nearby. My room was a cozy fit for a solo traveler, clean, with a comfortable bed and working A/C. The price was reasonable, and parking, wifi, and free breakfast were included. The pastries were freshly baked, and the conversations were great. Highly recommend it. Thanks again, Luca, and I hope to be back soon.

Luca and his staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the sea is just a five-minute walk away. We stopped for one night with our eight-month-old baby and dog during a long drive, and couldn't have picked a better place. It's conveniently located off the highway, with clean, colorful, well-appointed rooms and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast comes to your room, with a kettle, coffee maker, cappuccino maker, and packaged products. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was perfect, and the B&B is handy for anyone breaking up a journey, just a few minutes from the highway exit. Luca, you made us and our dachshund so welcome, even though traffic meant we arrived late. Your care for the property showed in how welcoming, tidy, and clean everything was, down to the details. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, well-kept place in June. Thanks for being so willing to host us, and sorry for taking so long to write this. See you next time, Luca! Barbara and family
