We spent a week here as a couple at the end of August. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to be independent. It was just steps from the sea, and the owners' warmth, kindness, and helpfulness made the stay even better. Highly recommended.

The location was great, with many bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. You can walk from Montesilvano to Pescara, and the sea was calm, gentle, and clear in the velvet season. A fragrant pine grove of Santa Felomena is on the five-minute walk to the sea. The courtyard is lovely, and the apartments are comfortable and have everything you need. Lorenzo is a very nice host. Such a special atmosphere of Italy and Italians! Wonderful, very good!

The apartments were welcoming, clean, and comfortable, and there's parking inside. The location is excellent, and Mrs. Anna is very kind.
