Piccolo Mondo

I still talk about the owner and his "electrician" for the way they made me feel at home, at the beach, over meals, and in the evenings. About 10 years ago, I spent August there in a single room on a half-board plan. I'm from Bergamo, and the owner introduced me to a friend from Brescia who was staying there too. They were both so kind and took me along with them. It was an experience I'll never forget. The place itself was wonderful as well. Thank you both, from the bottom of my heart. I'll never stop being grateful. If they see this, I hope they remember me, the half-blonde, half-brunette girl who was with them under the umbrella, along with my wife and daughter...

The parking space was the one positive part of our New Year's Eve stay. My girlfriend and I paid a whopping €75 for this mediocre place, and in my opinion it doesn't deserve three stars. The double room was tiny and not cleaned well, the furnishings were outdated, and you could hear everything through the walls. Breakfast was poor, and there was no hot water. Staff said the property was full and there wasn't enough hot water for everyone.

Our room was large but had no balcony, and there wasn't much seating around the property. Still, it was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. The half-board deal included a private beach spot with an umbrella, lounger, and chair. Air conditioning and parking were included too. Good value for money.

It was a while ago, but the place was simple, small, and welcoming. For the price and what it offered, it suited my needs well.
