The room was spacious, with a separate bedroom area and a kitchen and TV area, though we didn't have a sea view. The restaurant team were attentive and helpful, and did a good job making the meal memorable even with so many kids around. The food did get repetitive. This is a three-star hotel, so expect the basics. The other staff were disappointing. A technician who came into our room to deal with something was exceptionally rude. When I told reception the cleaner hadn't left us towels and asked for help, I had to go downstairs three times over a couple of hours before we finally got them. The stay was mediocre and could have been much better with friendlier, more helpful staff.

The rooms are impressively large, and ours had a huge balcony. Staff were helpful, and the Adriatic Sea view was amazing. There's a shopping mall about five minutes away.

Reception was really helpful when we arrived late at night without a booking. We chose the place after hearing about Pescara's beautiful seafront, and the hotel had a lot going for it: the service, common areas, beach, swimming pool, and cleanliness all deserved five stars. The room was spacious, but it didn't live up to that first impression. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work and spent the night boiling. We assumed bottled water would be provided and hadn't bought any, so the room felt like a desert. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush either, luckily I'd brought mine from home. Those little details matter. Fix them and this place deserves the stars it's missing.

At €45 total for the two of us, it was hard to ask for more. We got a very generous breakfast buffet with lots to choose from, from croissants to scrambled eggs. The room was a comfortable, clean studio with two single beds, a couch, two desks, a round table with chairs, and a kitchenette. A fairly large TV took up part of one desk. The bathroom was clean and comfortable too. Furnishings and fixtures weren't luxurious, but they were pleasant and functional. The shower leaked a little, though it wasn't a problem. The hotel is under the same management as Gran Hotel Montesilvano, was well kept, and offered the lowest discounted rates in the low season. Like many places in the area, it's set up as a seaside resort.

The food was quite good, and the entertainment team worked well, so the stay was okay in those respects. The rest was a mess. The building and communal areas were poorly maintained, and reception staff were rude. Water dripped from the ceiling in our room and onto an electrical socket, causing a small explosion. Nobody paid attention until I made a fuss. There's no private parking, and the beach spaces are so tight there's no room to walk between them. One person was working crazy hours across both bars, so only one bar was open and the queue was always very long. I'd book somewhere else.
