Villa Panconesi

Our family birthday brought more than 30 of us from around the world to Villa Panconesi for a week, with ages ranging from 8 months to the late 70s. Everyone had comfortable accommodation, and the children had lots of safe places to play. It was a memorable time for all of us. We’ve just returned and want to thank everyone there for working so hard to make sure we had such a wonderful stay.

It’s a lovely place to breathe fresh air, slow down, and enjoy the real feel of Tuscany. The family who run it are attentive and genuine, and make you feel like part of the home instead of just a guest. They’ve thought through every detail, from the warm welcome to looking after each person’s needs. The peaceful green scenery is beautiful, with nature all around. A little corner of paradise in the Tuscan hills. I’d highly recommend it to anyone after quiet and a warm welcome. Thank you.

The evening meal service was a real treat. We chose from a selection of delicious dishes and had dinner delivered to the terrace. Everything was freshly made and high quality. Breakfast options are available too, as is bread roll delivery. We cooked just once. Our Camporaiolo holiday apartment was comfortably furnished, though its downstairs bathroom is too small for adults and would work better for children. There’s a larger bathroom upstairs. The tennis court has been recently redone and has lighting, and the pool is large with plenty of loungers and chairs. The poolside area could do with some renovation. The location is very quiet but easy to reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Panconesi family’s hospitality.
