The place itself is beautiful, but we were really disappointed. We paid the full entrance price before being told that only the small pool with the canal was open. The large pool and children's pool were closed, and since we'd traveled a long way, we hoped the one pool would be enough. We were also told at reception that the water was 35 degrees, but it was only lukewarm. I feel like the operator or staff are deliberately misleading customers. They should explain the actual situation at the entrance and take it into account in the price.

Even in January, the whole place is surrounded by lush greenery, and the water temperature was pleasant. Our eight-year-old son was delighted, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We didn't stay at the hotel, just enjoyed the pools and hot springs. It was such a relaxing spot that we'll definitely come back.

Vitaliana looked after us so well, with suggestions for attractions, authentic restaurants, and local dishes. Katerina also gave us a very professional massage. We spent a few days at Terme Acqua Pia in January and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. The thermal water cascade sits tucked into a green garden and stays open all year. Mud treatments, saunas, and massages cost extra. Breakfast was European style and served individually at the time we chose. We especially enjoyed the morning coffee made for us by the ‘Sicilian Cappuccino Queen’.

We swam through a rain storm and brought lunch along for a picnic. The grotto with its waterfalls was a favorite, and the pool itself is gorgeous, with clear, beautiful water. It was warm rather than hot, which suited us on a sunny day. The service was friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Vitaliana and Chantal guided us through our spa visit and helped us complete our PCTO project. The staff were very welcoming, and our stay was beautiful and relaxing. We had clean, comfortable, spacious houses. The pools were large and clean, and the relaxing path and castates are beautiful. The food was good, and the restaurant staff were very helpful.
