After 10 days travelling, a long drive from Fruili-Venezia Giulia, and an afternoon watching ice hockey in Milan, we arrived exhausted on the last night of our Winter Olympics trip. We’d forgotten it was Valentine’s Day, and the restaurant was nearly full, but Arianna kept in touch with us via Whatsapp and found room for a late dinner. She even checked with the chef to adjust the set Valentine’s menu to suit our preferences. We were so grateful for the delicious meal, the lovely modern room, and the comfortable bed. The next morning was sunny, and the views from Carlambroeus were absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.

We were a family of four, two adults and two kids, and felt at home as soon as we arrived at Locanda Moderna Carlambroeus. We booked spontaneously for one night four days ago, and the stylish, modern rooms had everything we needed. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was a real highlight: creative, carefully put together, high quality, and delicious. I don’t usually write food reviews, but this meal honestly deserves a Michelin star recommendation. The team were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, and you can feel how much they care about what they do. They made our short stay memorable. It’s a pity we only had one night, and we’d love to come back.

The Italian design is lovely, with thoughtful details, and the room was very comfortable. We got a warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious restaurant menu. It’s a great combination for any traveller. Thanks to everyone, from reception to the restaurant staff and room service. I’d fully recommend staying here!

A lovely, peaceful spot. The suite worked perfectly for four, and the restaurant food was really tasty.
