The house sits in a large, quiet, secluded green area, and it's an independent structure. It's easy to get to the sea, about 30-40 minutes by car, while supermarkets and little shops are only a few minutes away. We were six people, staying at Niccolò's place on the first weekend in December. There's plenty of space: a large living area with another sofa and table, plus a roomy, clean kitchen with a good supply of dishes and a big dining table. The three bedrooms each have a double bed and private bathroom, and a fourth bathroom downstairs is shared. A seventh bed can be added easily. There's also a barbecue and jacuzzi outside. Everything described was there. Niccolò was quick to respond and helpful, and his fellow hosts gave kind, useful advice. Excellent stay, I recommend it.

We felt right at home in this spacious, well-equipped house. It stands on a huge, completely secluded estate, so it was wonderfully peaceful and private. The service was incredible, with a very responsive team always available to help with requests. The unexpected little welcome gift was such a thoughtful touch. A remarkable stay, and one we recommend without hesitation.

We spent four lovely days in this magnificent home, tucked into a quiet green valley with a stream nearby. It had every comfort we needed. Nothing to complain about, only compliments.

The hot tub was a real treat, and the house was beautiful, well cared for, and had everything we needed. Niccolò and Sonia gave us a warm welcome and all the information we needed. We had a great stay and would happily come back.
