The setting is beautiful, and I felt perfectly safe during my July stay in 2020. I really enjoyed being there.

We'd happily come back. The location was just right, and we even spotted a mother deer and her two calves near the house. Our room was roomy and the bed was comfortable, with fresh water in the fridge, plus a microwave and coffee maker for breakfast. It was clean and had a delicate scent. The modern bathroom came with a hairdryer, toiletries, and scented towels. Breakfast had a good mix of sweet and savory things, and the ever-solicitous Francesca offered vegan options if requested. I arrived late after a highway accident, but Francesca was so kind that I forgot how tired I was. The photos don't capture how beautiful the place is in person. With the windows open, you can hear the crickets at night in summer. Highly recommended.

You get a magnificent view of the city from this charming spot. It's beautiful and clean, and Francesca and Michele are two wonderful people...
