The elevator was a real help with my mobility problems, and I liked sitting in my room looking out at the street and watching life pass by. The place is close to markets, places to eat, and castles, and I thought it was excellent value. For me, it was perfect. Grazie mille 😁

After coming all the way from Sicily and paying in advance, I was left out in the cold because I didn’t fit the “Lady’s” schedule. She wasn’t there to welcome me, and still kept €30. I’d been a regular customer too. The worst experience of my life. SHAME!!!!!

The room and bathroom were freezing, and heating should have been included!!!!! There was no TV either, and the staff weren’t welcoming. A terrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend it!!!!!
