The owners run this lovely hotel themselves, and you can tell. Breakfast was great, with everything we needed and lots of fresh fruit. They have bikes for rent, and it’s about 10 minutes to Next City. It’s close to beach/spiaggia Libero, with good parking at the hotel. The rooms are nice, the staff super friendly, and we’d recommend it and come back.

Hotel Eden was a peaceful place to unwind after sightseeing, and its location made it easy to enjoy the region, with the beach, local restaurants, and attractions nearby. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well kept, with the essentials for a relaxing stay. I felt at home from the warm welcome at check-in. The team was kind and professional, and I really enjoyed my visit. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful Tuscan coast.

We’re just leaving after a wonderful week with our extended family. There were 7 of us, with extra guests now and then, and Hotel Eden’s staff made us feel very welcome and helped with all our requests. Exceptionally clean, and the staff were wonderful.

Port de Sóller is gorgeous, but Hotel Eden really isn’t. It’s a very basic place claiming to be 4-star, with room prices like a 5-star hotel. I’d call it 2-star, maybe 3-star. Breakfast was basic, with no fresh juice and weak coffee from the machine. The pool was OK, but there were never any beds available. Our “superior” room had nowhere to put clothes away: one wardrobe for hanging things, but no shelves. The bathroom looked like it was from the 70s, and the toilet was stained. The gym was just one treadmill and some weights. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Port de Sóller and would recommend booking anywhere else. This hotel is riding on its location. It might be fine if it didn’t charge so much, but it’s completely overpriced. Book elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
