The hillside B&B is beautiful and peaceful. Ornella is such a caring, friendly, and kind hostess, and even went out of her way to pick us up in Verres.

We’re three pilgrims on the Via Francigena and can’t wait to come back and stay with Ornella. She even drove us back to Verres so we could start the next stage. The room was fantastic, as were the cleanliness and breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hosts are fantastic, and as fellow pilgrims they understand the route. The location is scenic, the rooms stay cool in summer and are very comfortable, and the generous, delicious breakfast set us up perfectly for the next stage. It’s a great place to split the Châtillon-Verrès stage if you’d rather avoid the ups and downs before reaching Verrès in the sun. They can pick you up in Verrès and drop you off the next day, too.

The house is gorgeous, the owners are so kind, and everything was very clean. We loved the excellent breakfast and how helpful they were. Such a warm welcome, and we’ll definitely visit again!
