Residenza 3 Magnolie

You can walk to a restaurant with delicious pizza in about 2 minutes, and grocery stores and a drugstore are around 10 minutes away by car. The Residenza was super clean and had everything we needed. Bianca was the best host, and even swans and dogs came to visit in the garden. With its own entrance to the lake and a stunning view of Lago Maggiore, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

I stayed at 3 Magnolie in May and would happily come back. Bianca was kind and attentive without hovering. The house feels charming, with tasteful furnishings and thoughtful details, and the big windows make it bright while framing the lake, mountains, and little marina. It’s surrounded by flowers and tall trees, with the shore just 10 meters away. At this time of year, it also felt like a perfect place to keep 100% social distancing.

Bianca was always there if we needed anything, while giving us plenty of space. The apartment was clean, cared for, and tastefully furnished, and the living room windows looked out over the lake. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, with a grassy, well-kept lakeshore only 10 meters away. We had a positive stay and would recommend it. :)

We’ve come back for two years in a row and will definitely return. Our little dog loved the huge garden as much as we did, especially the sun loungers. The ground-floor apartment is right on Lake Maggiore, with a lake view and lots of light. Bianca, the owner, is very kind and helpful.
