The owners were lovely, always smiling, helpful, and happy to offer advice or assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, with fresh, good-quality products. Our stay left us with fond memories. The location is right in the city center, so it was easy to walk everywhere and explore without stress. The rooms and common areas were spotless, tidy, well cared for, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We felt at home. We had a wonderful time in every way and would highly recommend it. We’ll definitely return!

A comfortable, clean place in an ideal spot near the Montanari Clinic. The room was nice, well equipped, and clean, with a comfortable bed. There’s a well-equipped kitchen, and the bathroom is very large, with a really spacious shower.

B&B Bucci 54 in Morciano di Romagna is a fairly new, well-kept property, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Given the high price for January, I’d expected a much better experience. I’d requested a ground-floor room through Booking.com before arriving, and the owner later confirmed it directly. We left Palermo assuming that was settled. But the ground-floor room was so cold that it was hard to stay comfortably, and we ended up having to move to the first floor. I had already explained that I was in Morciano for hip surgery and would struggle with stairs, so the change caused considerable difficulty at an already delicate time. The way the owner handled our arrival also left me perplexed. I’d sent the required documents on Sunday, a holiday, as agreed, but the response was overly brusque and uneasy, creating tension that could have been avoided. The one concession was a late checkout at 5 pm rather than 10 am, for an extra €30. I appreciated the gesture, but it didn’t make up for the bigger problems. Morciano di Romagna is a town where many people come for surgery at the specialized clinic. Given that, I’d expect more care for guests with physical limitations and more sensitivity to needs that were arranged in advance. This could be a good place, but the management and customer service need improvement, especially for healthcare-related stays. The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting.

The owners were helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent, close to the Montanari nursing home. I stayed for four days and had a great time. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable.
