The rooms were shabby, including a bed without a headboard and a bathtub curtain rod that was barely resting in place and coming loose. The television didn't work, and fake flowers were all over the hotel. Breakfast was served in a dreadful old pseudo-conference room with blue satin tablecloths, and there weren't enough plates or cutlery for everyone. Staff wore no uniforms and seemed to be improvising as cleaners, breakfast servers, and receptionists. At the restaurant, a woman asked what we wanted four times and still got the order wrong. The cook, called Chef, was in ordinary clothes without a uniform or cap. The owners seem to have no idea how to run a hotel, yet appear convinced they're doing it right, despite their sloppy dress and complete incompetence. The place has potential to become a respectable hotel, but it's being run by utterly incompetent people. It's advertised as a retirement home, while the owners present it as a three-star hotel. Nothing could be further from the truth.

My grandfather spent three weeks here and was cared for with so much affection and attention. Mrs. Patrizia and her husband welcomed him especially warmly, and his stay was so pleasant he almost seems younger! The property sits in a wonderful green setting with trees, flowers, and a beautiful stream flowing gently nearby. All the staff were friendly and kind, which made the atmosphere feel welcoming and familiar. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It's a real shame, because the place looks beautiful and well suited to tourism, but we found our room dirty even though it was comfortable enough for three. A previous guest's towel was left in the bathroom, the trash can still had a full garbage bag, and the sink was clogged. The sheets hadn't been changed either, judging by the wrinkles and black hairs on them. The receptionist apologized, but the mistake had already happened. I hope they improve the basic hygiene measures. I wouldn't recommend eating there, as the menu is limited.

It's a peaceful spot in the greenery, right by the Schioppo waterfall stream, and a great choice if you're looking to relax. The place was clean, and breakfast was excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Patrizia, who's very kind and friendly.

The worst stay of my life! We booked the only room available on Booking.com with photos, but what we got was a disgusting closet. It was also the only available room without a bidet, and nobody mentioned that beforehand. When booking, the owner had taken the trouble to ask whether we wanted a TV in the room. In 2022, I think asking whether we wanted a full bathroom would have been more important! I have to give one star because it's the only option.
