My experience with A&V Booking Department SRLS was extremely disappointing. I booked an apartment in the Le Verande 2 complex, but on arrival I was given a different property in Villaggio Ghita, apartment 4D. It didn’t match the website description or booking photos, and lacked the modern furnishings and amenities that had been promised. There were also plenty of hassles and misunderstandings. After I raised the mismatch with the agency, getting a resolution turned into a long, frustrating process. I did eventually receive a partial refund, but unclear communication and a lack of transparency made the whole thing harder. The agency also charged me for the night and following day I spent in a temporary property they assigned me, even though earlier messages said those costs would be covered as a hospitality fee for the inconvenience. Nothing about the experience was positive. Check the agency’s property details carefully and verify everything before you confirm a booking.
