We spent a week here and had dinner every night. The food was fantastic. The family who runs the hotel and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. A wonderful hotel.

The people running the Albergo were really nice, which made the stay feel extra special. I was also able to keep my bike in the garage.

We were so pleased with dinner that we came back the next day. The food was really good, and most of the ingredients were local. Sara was the best host we could have hoped for. We didn't book ahead and were lucky to get a table, but the restaurant was busy, so I'd give them a quick call first. If you eat there, try the Barkeeper Jevs' cocktails made with homemade ingredients. And if you're lucky, Grappa the house cat may come say hello. :-)

The gnocchi are a must try, though you might feel like ordering another portion. We only stopped for lunch, but the food and staff made enough of an impression that I wanted to leave a review, which I rarely do. Everyone spoke excellent English and gave us directions for the rest of our bike tour. A wonderful place with lovely people.

Sara and the staff clearly enjoy their work, and they made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the hotel is especially good for pets. There's a big swimming pool and an amazing restaurant too. A great place to relax for a weekend in Tuscan, about a 30-minute drive from Siena and Montalcino.
