I booked through Booking, and my reservation was confirmed with a check-in time. We arrived and waited 40 minutes, but nobody showed up. I tried calling and sent an SMS, with no reply. Really unprofessional behavior.

WARNING: This place is unreliable. If you want to be left without a place to stay just days before an event, this is the place. They cancelled late and offered no help finding somewhere else, so I had to pay much more for accommodation that was less convenient. Unexpected problems can be handled, but the customer shouldn't have to carry the whole burden. Calling this unreliable is putting it mildly. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority. Reply to the owner's response: Dear owner, your reply matches the treatment I received, unprofessional and out of touch with what happened. I booked through Airbnb, which is an official, traceable channel. Managing the property's own websites is the property's responsibility. Customers shouldn't have to monitor your software. The cancellation happened two days ago, not twenty, as you claim, and I have documentation. Losing accommodation close to an event is a real loss, not a software bug. I won't receive my refund for 90 days, so I'm being forced to spend much more on an emergency alternative. I found it myself after hours of searching. Toni, calling a legitimate complaint from a customer harmed by poor service "hysterical" says more about the person writing it than the person receiving it. Unexpected events happen. A business shows its reliability by resolving them without insulting the customer or blaming third parties. I hope the booking platforms take a careful look at how you manage this property.
