The Sunshine - Apartments with Pool

The balcony has a view of the lake, there's underground parking, and the shared pool is well maintained. But the apartment was disappointing. We'd rather have been welcomed by someone than sent two photos on WhatsApp and left to collect keys from an unlocked apartment. There was only a blanket, so we had to ask for sheets. It needed cleaning: the bathroom had cobwebs everywhere, including huge webs on the ceiling, and part of the shower hose was broken. For six people, there were only three teaspoons, four knives, and four forks, plus four regular glasses and two stemmed ones. There were four coffee cups but no coffee maker, an oven without cooking dishes, and no salad bowl. The old wooden terrace table only seats four. While we were renting, the landlord sent temporary WhatsApp messages saying a real estate agent would come to show the property. From the room, we looked out at an unfinished construction site that is now falling into ruin.

We were there for nine nights as a couple. The setting is beautiful, except for the view of two ruined buildings, but the noise was the real problem. The apartment above ours was always rented to young Italian couples. Parties are one thing, but having 12 people making noise until 4 a.m. at peak times was unreasonable. The worst part was that neither booking.com nor the owner seemed to care, each blaming the other. Absolutely not recommended.

The town of Musso is pretty quiet, with not much going on. Our apartment itself was perfectly fine, though it was actually for sale. The complex looked better in the photos than it did in person. Wi-Fi was no use, and the sauna and fitness room were closed, so we had to find another gym.

The accommodation is new and has lots of amenities, but unfortunately some things were already damaged.
