We had a positive stay overall, though we didn’t get to try everything. The scenery was beautiful, and the staff were kind. Our room was nice and had the basic supplies, and breakfast had lots of good options. The shower stall was small, and the jacuzzi/pool wasn’t available. The sauna cost extra and needed to be planned ahead because it was usually switched off; it took 1.5 hours before it could be used.

The view from the window was gorgeous, and the balconies were roomy and comfortable. Parking was conveniently only three minutes from the hotel. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and breakfast was great. The staff were so friendly, the service was excellent, and they gave us compliments at both check-in and check-out. One of the best hotels!

This was our second time choosing the hotel for a climbing trip in Arco, and we were just as happy with it. The rooms were kept clean and tidy with daily cleaning, and the staff were always ready to help. Breakfast was absolutely superb, with a lake view. Al Fortino, the nearby restaurant that I guess is part of the hotel, had really tasty food and drinks. I think we’ll be back next year.

I especially want to mention Lorenzo at reception. He was always smiling, helpful, and full of useful information. The hotel has a wonderful lake view, and the room was spacious and well equipped. The afternoon tea and cake and the shuttle between the hotel and town were thoughtful touches. Breakfast was excellent, too. I’d heard a lot about the waffle bar and expected to try it, but it wasn’t open during our stay. The hotel also offers lifestyle advice.

The room was okay and breakfast was great, but the ants completely ruined the stay. We woke up to find them all over the floor and bathroom, crawling in the bed, and inside our suitcase and clothes. It was disgusting and unacceptable. We told the receptionist at checkout, and she just shrugged and said “sorry.” There was no real apology, offer of compensation, or interest in dealing with it. That response showed no care for guests’ comfort or hygiene.
