I only just made my five-hour train thanks to the kindness of the hotel owner and staff. My bus to the station never arrived, and I was at risk of missing it, so they arranged for a friend to drive me all the way to Rovereto station. They wouldn't accept any money for the ride. That was such genuine, above-and-beyond hospitality. I'm very grateful for their help and kindness.

What made my stay at Hotel de Nac so memorable was how welcoming and caring the staff were. They were attentive throughout and always ready to help, which made me feel at home. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped, with comfortable beds and a calm feel that made it easy to relax. The hotel also had excellent amenities and a peaceful, refined atmosphere, whether I was in the common areas or enjoying what the hotel offered. It balanced comfort and elegance well. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Hotel de Nac for its comfort and service, and I look forward to coming back.

I was able to leave my bike in a secure room until I left, which was really helpful. The location worked well too, about a 15-minute walk down to the lake. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive, helping me out a lot. A very pleasant stay.

The restaurant is very good, and the staff are kind and helpful. Buses stop right by the hotel and get you to Torbole in five minutes. It's away from the busy, very loud lakeside, though the hotel itself faces a busy road. If road noise bothers you, ask for a room at the back.
