The service was excellent from the front desk through breakfast and checkout, and the hotel's location is great. It looks recently renovated. The rooms were somewhat small, but fine for getting a good night's sleep. We can only recommend it.

The room had a lovely view, and the little bit of noise on our first night didn’t keep us from sleeping well. We especially appreciated Valentina’s detailed help with arranging a late check-in, plus the option to reserve a parking spot. Breakfast was really good, and it’s only a short walk to the lake. We also got to enjoy the jacuzzi. We had a great stay.

There’s parking at the hotel and a dedicated place to store bikes, which was handy. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the rooms were cosy and very clean. Breakfast was great, with different things on offer each day. It’s also close to the city center. I’d recommend staying here and would happily come back.

Lidija even drove us to Arco for our half marathon, and everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of variety, including amazing gluten-free options. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel was even better than we’d expected, and we’ll be back.

The beach and the promenade are very close, with cosy cafes and restaurants overlooking Garda Lake. You can also borrow the hotel’s bikes for a ride around town or further afield. Inside, the rooms were clean and well equipped, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of Italian food with something different each day. The staff were kind, very helpful, and spoke English and German fluently, as well as Italian. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
