The staff were so friendly, and the rooftop saltwater pool was a real highlight, with spectacular views. The gardens and pool area are lovely too, with lots of loungers. Our apartment was comfortable and nicely done, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook.

We loved our stay at Nalserhof. It costs a bit, but we felt it was worth it. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and had a big balcony overlooking the mountains. There’s a lovely garden, a pool, and a nice little area for children. Bolzano’s centre and resorts like Merano 2000 are both about 20 minutes away. We had a garage box that needed 2.1 and our car fit easily. A supermarket is just around the corner, and there are several restaurants in Nalles.

We’re staying here now and have been impressed by how much thought and care has gone into the apartment hotel. Everything is well kept, and there’s plenty to enjoy, whether you’re an adult, with the Sky Spa and its great views, or travelling with young children, who have a playground, playroom and pool. One small drawback is the TV in the apartment. There’s no streaming built in, and it can’t connect to HDMI, Chromecast or Apple TV, so no Netflix or Switch. A clean, nicely furnished spot with plenty of jacuzzis and a lovely pool. It’s easy to get around from here, right in the middle of Alto Adige, with straightforward access to Via del Vino.
