St. Vigilius modern historic apartments

Everything was just right. The apartments are beautiful, with a lovely blend of modern touches and history, and the hosts were so friendly.

We felt right at home and would happily return. St. Vigilus Modern Historic Apartments has a peaceful, leafy setting that makes it easy to relax, while Nals is a handy base for hiking, cycling or just taking in the scenery. The mix of modern architecture and historic charm gives the apartments a special feel, and the thoughtful design makes them stylish and inviting. The furnishings are high quality, with attention paid to the details. There's no air conditioning, but the apartment stayed comfortable, and the small garden shower was refreshing on especially hot days. A pool would have been the cherry on top, though the property is lovely even without one.

Claudia welcomed us warmly and shared lots of useful tips for trips around the region. Our favorite part was the mountain view from the balcony. The location among the apple orchards was beautiful, and at the end of August and beginning of September, you can taste the delicious apples. The historic building has been lovingly renovated and modernized, and each apartment has its own furnishings and is superbly equipped. We didn't lack a thing, felt very comfortable, and will definitely return. A truly beautiful place to stay.
