We never met the host, but they were responsive over WhatsApp. The building is charming and the location is great. The room was nice, though the bathroom sometimes smelled musty and the toilet system was noisy. Watch out for the late check-in fee if you arrive in the evening.

Alex made check-in easy and communicated really well. He was so friendly, and when we missed a ferry in Capri after checking out, he kept our luggage safe until we got back. He treated us very well. The rooms are clean and newly renovated, with all the facilities we needed and nice cool air conditioning. The hotel is very close to the Metro and the Port, and the Amalfi coast and Capri ports are close by too. For me, this is the best place to stay in Naples. I'd recommend it 100%.

The staff were really helpful and let us leave our luggage even after check-out. The location is ideal for exploring Naples without being right in the tourist-center hustle and bustle, and there's a metro stop just a few meters away. Our room was in excellent condition and came with a kettle stocked with coffee, tea, and ginseng, as well as a mini-fridge and hairdryer. If we come back to Naples, we'll definitely stay here again.

The macerator jammed and caused a sewage leak, leaving the whole bathroom unusable. The owner called us and arranged for a bathroom in another room far away from ours, but that room had no heating and was being used for storage. I expected him to come see the problem and understand the inconvenience. Instead, he only sent a plumber the morning after the day we were supposed to leave, and never contacted us again. A horrifying experience over a toilet flush problem.
