We had a great family getaway here. The staff were wonderful, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a night away with family.

I stayed for two nights and felt looked after the whole time. They helped with sightseeing tours and gave us all sorts of advice on where to eat. The hostess was kind, discreet, and very attentive. It's an intimate, welcoming place, extremely clean, and right in the center, just steps from the sea and five minutes from Via Chiaia. I'll definitely return. Truly beautiful, Naples is Naples.

Claudia was so kind and kept checking that everything was going smoothly during our stay. The apartment has been renovated and has every comfort, and its location is hard to beat, just steps from Piazza Plebicito and the main attractions. Recommended if you're visiting Naples.

The biggest problem was the checkout. Booking said checkout was from 2pm to midnight, but they kept insisting I had to leave at 11am. Before booking, I told them my flight was at 8pm and I'd leave the room at 5pm, and they said “no problem.” Instead, I ended up walking around Naples in 40 degree heat with my suitcases and nowhere to go until 5pm. The room itself had no windows and felt like being underground in total darkness. I was unhappy from the start. The bathroom was tiny, with a narrow shower that made it hard to turn around. The Wi-Fi only worked with the lights on, and four lights were pointed right at me, so relaxing was impossible. My phone had absolutely no reception, and I had to go outside to make calls. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED B&B!
