2/10
The central location, right in the heart of the city, was the only real positive for us. Our room sat above an area with a constant, overpowering mix of unpleasant smells, including street refuse, exhaust, and cooking odors. We couldn’t open the window without getting hit by it, and even with everything shut, the smell hung around and got into our clothes. It disrupted our sleep and made us dread coming back to the room. We’d hoped for somewhere peaceful to unwind, but the stay became a distressing ordeal. We wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or peace.

Sergio was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. The place was comfortable and very clean, with useful amenities like a free espresso machine. The Old Town location is excellent.
