Agoda was the only site where I could book, and when I posted a review there, they said it was confusing and wouldn't publish it, so I'm leaving it here. The location was great and the AC worked well, but the shower wasn't clean. There wasn't enough toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. We weren't allowed to eat in the room without paying a €50 charge, as the notice there said. The kitchen had only a fridge and microwave, with no soap, dishes, utensils, or even a bin. The microwave was broken and unusable. I paid the taxes when booking but was asked for more tax on arrival. This was a hotel, not a B&B, so that didn't seem like common practice. We also had to pay a cleaning fee on arrival that wasn't included in the online price. They asked for €15 to put the beds together, even though we'd booked weeks earlier. They waived that charge when I pointed out I'd only requested it and didn't need it. The cleaners were supposed to collect the extra money, but didn't know the amount, so it took several calls and days for the owner to work out the total. At one point, the cleaner came into our room twice without knocking.

On my third trip to Napoli, this was easily the best B&B I've stayed at. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a super comfortable bed, new bathroom and toiletries, and good sound insulation, which mattered because I'm a light sleeper. The whole place has been newly renovated, with AC and flat screens in both the rooms and common area. Coffee was available throughout the stay, and there's a shared fridge for snacks or fruit. Bruno was courteous and let us leave our luggage almost all day, free of charge, since our bus was late. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of centro storico. Great restaurants are a five-minute walk away, and buses and the metro are well connected. The tram is about eight minutes on foot if you want to visit weekend markets outside the city. Highly recommended.
