The building looks old from the outside, but inside the room was modern, very clean, and the best one we had in Napoli. Angelica speaks Italian, but it was easy to communicate through WhatsApp and Google. Bus 201 or 202 takes you to the center.

I paid in advance through lastminute.com, but nobody turned up for check-in. I waited an hour and a half in the sun with my two kids, and no one answered the phone. It felt like a scam. I asked lastminute.com for a refund, but they still haven’t returned my money.

At our scheduled arrival time of 10:30 PM, we were left outside with our two children. I’d booked five nights and five breakfasts, but the address was hard to find and nobody answered either the phone or the intercom. After looking into it, it seems this landlord is known for this sort of behavior. I want to warn others that this accommodation is a scam.

The owner was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and very nice. It’s right in the city center. I’d happily stay again if I get the chance.
