Arco Boutique Rooms

The room key quit working while we were there. To get back in, we had to Whats App the front desk each time and go through their drawers. Such a hassle. Wi-Fi was also slow and unreliable now and then. Our stay was still pleasant, but check-in should have explained that you need to activate the remote entry system outside the building to open all the doors. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a nice shower. The building isn't much to look at, and the garbage bins in the inside entrance area make a bad first impression. The elevator is tiny, only enough for one large suitcase at a time.

Spotless place, and the staff are friendly!

The beds and pillows were genuinely comfortable, which can be hard to come by when traveling. We had a wonderful Valentine's night at Arco Boutique. Our room was large and clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and breakfast was very good. Everything was perfect, and we'll definitely return.

The owners were so kind, with that real Neapolitan warmth. We had a long weekend in a bright, spacious sea-view suite, and it had every comfort, including a really roomy jacuzzi with chromotherapy. Everything was new and carefully looked after. We'll definitely be back!
