After going to this studio for years, I’m sorry to have to leave such a bad review. The staff are disrespectful, and lessons are repeatedly canceled or postponed, so we miss them because they’re hard to reschedule. Then, when they decided to close the studio, all my materials, canvases, and work were thrown away or lost. They didn’t even call to ask whether they could collect their materials. That’s hundreds of euros in damage. I expected at least a little professionalism from the managers and owners, but so far they haven’t even bothered to answer my messages. A real disappointment.
