Ana treated us like family and really looked after us. When there was a national cab strike on our departure day, she arranged things the night before because our schedule was tight. We said goodbye and went out to wait, then a couple of minutes later she came running out of the building. We found out afterward that she had made sure a taxi came in time. We appreciated how far she went to help. The Artisti has an easygoing, cozy feel, with a chic boutique hotel style. Ana’s focus is making guests comfortable, and she’s a proud native with great knowledge of things to do and places to visit. I’d strongly recommend Artisti Bed and Dreams if you’re in Naples. The rooms are artistically put together, with a clever “less is more” approach that kept us curious. The Artisti is a short walk from two train stations, restaurants, cafes, and bars. We also had fun opening the huge front door and crossing the courtyard to reach our room.

The room was spacious and clean, and the whole place has a really artistic feel. We had a very good stay, and the service was great too. We needed breakfast before the usual time, so the lovely lady brought sweets and juice late the night before. She also let us leave our bags there for many hours after checkout.

The place is handy for getting around, quite close to the main station. Everything was perfectly clean and reasonably priced. Luca was so friendly and helpful, with good suggestions and an excellent breakfast, and he was lovely with our two little girls. The room was beautiful, especially the hot tub, which we got a lot of use out of for fun.

Luca was the best part for me, always smiling, kind, and ready to help. That really makes this B&B stand out. The room was large, the bed extremely comfortable, and the A/C was high quality. There was also a great jacuzzi. The location is convenient, with a supermarket, good restaurant, and train station a three-minute walk away. It’s five minutes by train to the city centre and 20 minutes by train to a very nice sandy beach. I was happy with everything overall, though I did miss having a fridge, kettle, and some glasses or cutlery in the room. Ice, hot water, and glasses were provided when I asked.

For my first Airbnb stay, this was a nice, peaceful place for a short visit to Naples. I want to thank Rosa for her support and hospitality. The city itself is hardly quiet, of course, but that’s part of what makes it unique.
