The owner stayed past the advertised hours so she could welcome us, which was really sweet. The place has been renovated and decorated beautifully, and the room felt spacious. I especially liked the bathroom, it felt like something from a higher-star hotel. The price was very good for the level of service, too. The owner was flexible about our luggage and gave us helpful information about Naples. I'd happily come back :)

We got a very friendly welcome and a detailed rundown of the sights nearby. The rooms looked brand new and were cleaned daily. It’s a nice hotel and bed and breakfast close to the central station, with about a 15-minute walk to the center. There isn’t a staffed reception around the clock, so arriving after 1900 means an extra 15 euro fee. They’ll call to check if you need help finding the place, which can be tricky because the actual hotel with the same name is across the street. For parking, Garage Garibaldi seemed the safer choice for the car, and take pictures of it.

There’s an Italian-style breakfast at a nearby spot. The location is convenient for both the city center and train station, each about a 10-15 minute walk. Our room was bright and large, with an extra bed, and the big bathroom had natural ventilation and a cabin shower. We’d recommend it and would return to Napoli.

This was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. We arrived from Rome by car, after staying in touch with them all day and even sharing our location. They told me they’d patiently wait and that there was no need to worry, though they also mentioned a 15 euro late fee. Finding the place was a nightmare. My GPS couldn’t locate it in the crowded streets and alleys, which I barely got through without scratching the car. We arrived about 20 minutes after the time, after six hours on the road. Then she insisted on charging the 15 euros. I refused and said they should have made clear how difficult arrival would be, especially after repeatedly telling me not to hurry. She called her manager, who shouted over the phone that it was her house and her law. I felt trapped, unable to cancel, while she kept demanding payment. After about 20 minutes, she said the owner was coming. I waited downstairs by the car because the situation felt frightening. A huge man arrived with another motorcycle carrying two young men. They physically attacked me and spat on me, while my family was thrown out like garbage. They then canceled our booking through booking and didn’t refund us. I was facing an early flight, with nowhere to sleep and no more money to spend, so we stayed in the car until morning. He also chased me on the motorcycle and spat on the windshield. It felt like a horrible encounter with crime. Caution!
