Very central, pleasant, and really, really clean. The room was comfortable and had a balcony, and the building janitor/concierge was friendly and helpful. The owners didn’t help with the advertised WiFi, which didn’t exist, and ignored our complaints. Breakfast was only just adequate, with poor choices.

The room was spotless and had everything we needed, but check-in was a letdown. We couldn’t get in until after 4 PM, and there was no option to leave our luggage at the front desk. At checkout, nobody came for the keys. Without messaging the owner, we wouldn’t have known who to hand them to. We also politely told the lady that the air conditioning had a problem. She replied, “Maybe because you used it 24/7.” If I’m paying for a service, I think it’s fair to let them know when there’s an issue.

The location and hospitality were good. For parking, they should look into options like arranging packages with nearby garages.

Lovely welcome, clean, and well run, in a gorgeous location. Highly recommended!
