Very central, spotless, and neat. A really good place, though breakfast is simple.

Breakfast is served on a lovely terrace when the weather allows, and otherwise the place was really great. The rooms are clean and well kept, the host gave us a warm welcome, and the location works very well for a stay in Naples. The downside was the noise in the morning. We had the room right by the kitchen, and the apartment walls are thin. When the employee came in to set up breakfast, it was loud enough that we couldn’t sleep past 8 a.m. Still, the accommodation is fantastic, so don’t let other reviews put you off.

The central location is good and the rooms are okay, but the bathrooms are completely covered in mold. There’s a constant musty smell in the rooms because of it, and opening the windows doesn’t get rid of it. I really can’t recommend booking here.

Giuseppe, the owner, was incredibly helpful and suggested places to eat and things to see. The young man who welcomed us and made breakfast was very kind too. Breakfast was simple, with fresh croissants, but very good. The rooms are renovated and clean, and the guest house is in a quiet part of the city center near Spaccanapoli. We’ll definitely return!
