The city itself is wonderful, full of history and authenticity, but our lodging was one of our Naples highlights too. Everyone working there was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful with our requests. Valerio helped us a lot with our trip itinerary, and Louisa, who did the housekeeping, was just as charming and helpful. They really showed us the genuine kindness of people in Naples.

The apartment is in an old building, and the neighborhood gives you the Naples experience we were looking for. Inside, though, it is gorgeous, with sleek, stylish furnishings, thoughtful details, and impeccable cleanliness. It's a great fit for one person or a couple. From Napoli Centrale, Via Toledo is about a 30-minute walk or a short metro ride. There are shops, lively streets, and plenty of trattorias in the little lanes branching off Via Toledo, with Via Speranzella just steps away. The port and its ferries are a 10-minute walk. Simone, Lazaro, and their friend Valerio were sweet, hospitable, and easy to reach. Highly recommended for a Napoli visit.

The location made it easy to walk to museums, monuments, the waterfront, and shops. My sister and I had plenty of room, even though we both pack a lot, and the room was comfortable and very clean. The service really made the stay. After I confirmed our arrival and departure times, Simone kindly offered to arrange a car to or from the airport or train station. We also got a packed breakfast to take on the bus for an early tour, and another when we checked out before breakfast to head to Rome. This is hands down the best accommodation I've experienced while traveling. 10/10 recommend B&B Napoli Amore Mio!

The room service was very nice, and the staff gave us an extremely friendly, warm welcome. It's ideally placed in the city center, close to the beautiful Toledo metro station.
