This isn't a hotel. It's a poor B&B on the second floor of a flat, tucked away in Naples' Historic area. Getting there or even finding it was a pain, and after 6 pm the people around seemed very dodgy. There's only one tiny window, facing a shared area, and it can't be opened. The bathroom is separate from the room, so you have to cross a corridor to reach it. It was boiling hot with no air conditioning, and electric wires were exposed. The owners' dog also went frantic whenever we opened the room door, and there were plenty more problems.

The location is good, but the host was awful: hysterical and impudent, asking us for extra money, sending dozens of messages in Italian, delaying check-in, and trying to rush us out at checkout. There was only one set of keys for two people, and the main gate was very hard to open. The host's child played football in the flat next to our room, kicking the ball against the wall. Despite being called a B&B, there was no breakfast.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at this B&B. The room was clean and well kept, and Giovanna, the owner, was genuinely kind and helpful. Its convenient location meant we could walk to the most picturesque streets in just a few minutes. My friend and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Naples.

We stayed three nights in the heart of Naples, in a cozy, quiet room at this B&B. The bathroom was clean and very nice. It's down a characteristic little alley on beautiful Via dei Tribunale, and convenient to reach on foot from the central station, about 1.2 km from the FS train station and Garibaldi metro station. I recommend it.

There wasn't even hot water, so we couldn't take a shower. A lot of the listed amenities were missing, too. The window behind the bed was tiny, looked onto the landing, and couldn't be opened.
