For the price, the room and location were excellent. But the bathroom keys were all identical, so other guests could get into your bathroom. We also spent a couple of nights with people from other rooms smoking on our balcony because they didn't have one. Don't leave anything expensive in the bathroom. The bathroom locks need to be changed so each one is different.

We only stayed one night and left no mess at all, but the room still wasn't spotless despite a steep cleaning charge, about 20% extra on the total at the time I wrote this. We were woken during the night by a sharp light coming from the kitchen. The private room has light-permeable blocks between it and a communal room, which seems a very strange design choice. The owner never showed up. Only the cleaning lady gave us the keys, and he didn't answer our questions about breakfast, which was supposed to be included but wasn't provided. Afterwards he left me a negative review just because I wrote an honest one. Avoid people like this. There are much better deals in Napoli.

There was someone's hair on the bed, which made the €3-per-person cleaning fee feel pretty steep. We couldn't find breakfast in the kitchen, despite being told it would be there. I messaged the host to ask for help and got no reply. There wasn't even coffee. We also woke at 3 am to a sharp light from the kitchen, shining through the light-permeable blocks between the room and kitchen. There was no shampoo or soap, with the explanation that there had been guests before us. I don't recommend this place. The owner then left me a very bad Airbnb review because he didn't like what I wrote here. 100% don't recommend!

I booked this B&B for August 10-11 and paid 70 Euro, but when we got there, we couldn't get in or reach anyone for a long time. The property is down an alley and has no sign showing the business name. I rang the buzzer several times, waited, then called the number on the website. In a one-minute call, the host mumbled aggressively that they weren't there and couldn't check us in, then casually hung up. When I tried again, my number had been blocked. I was left without the accommodation I'd paid for and out 70 Euro. There was no apology or offer of a refund, and they showed no regard for us as guests. Scam! Stay here if you want your money stolen!
