Sunrise Naples

The location was perfect, close to Cafe Gambrinus, and the staff were wonderful. I loved the colorful decor, the high ceilings, and having a balcony and kitchenette. The room stayed warm in December, though it was a bit dark in the morning because of its orientation and the narrow streets. The bed and pillows were good, with plenty of hot water and strong pressure. WiFi was mostly fast, with a couple of slow spells, but I could do video calls and share my screen. I worked from 6PM to 3AM without problems. Cleanliness needs attention. The mugs had coffee stains, the cupboard smelled when opened, there was hair on the dish sponge, and the bathroom air filter was dirty. Black mold was beginning to grow in the shower, which drained slowly, and those things left the bathroom smelling unpleasant. It wasn't awful, but I loved Naples and the hotel so much that I would have extended my stay if not for the cleaning issues. I paid $55.

The room was spacious and clean, with a classic-meets-modern look and some distinctive decorations. There's a small kitchenette, and entry is by card. Breakfast isn't included, but they had fruit, snacks, water, and juice waiting for us. The host was welcoming and happy to help with any information we needed. The accommodation is right by Plebiscito square in a beautiful part of Naples. Everything was fine, and I highly recommend it.

We were close to both the centre and the lungomare, and the room was really spacious. The balcony was a lovely extra, with cute furniture and a view over part of plebiscito square. The kitchen had the basics like salt and vinegar, plus even a little bottle of prosecco. The bathroom was simple but fine. They could add shampoo or shower gel, though there was bath foam for the jacuzzi.

The ladies working there made us feel very comfortable during our stay. It was a really nice experience, and I'd definitely recommend it.
