B&B Università

Omi was so welcoming and kind, and we really appreciated how attentive the staff were throughout our stay. They made sure we had what we needed and took great care of us. The place was comfortable and cozy, right in the heart of Naples for an authentic local experience. We'd recommend it to anyone visiting and would love to return. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

The hotel's location made getting around easy, with a short walk to many main attractions and the metro nearby. Even before we arrived, the staff got in touch the day before our trip to check that everything was set. During our stay they kept asking if we needed anything and whether we felt safe and comfortable. Their kindness and attention made a real difference. We had a great experience and would recommend staying here.

We booked this for our last two nights in Naples before heading home, while my wife and I were travelling around Europe by Interrail and booking places as we went. The room was clean, decent, and nice enough, and the location was good for the price. But we were put in an overflow place across the road from the main hotel, and it felt more like a hostel. The shared kitchen and breakfast area was right outside our bedroom, so both mornings we woke to people making coffee on the noisy Nespresso machine. Breakfast was fresh pastries delivered in, first come, first served. For a couple of nights it was okay, though a bit noisy. I think there may be a difference between how Europeans and us Brits think about accommodation.

We stayed in Chiaia and found it very comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful too. The staff answered all my questions about getting around, things to do, and the room. Thanks to Rosario and Ominda for being so helpful with everything we asked. No complaints, it was a wonderful stay.
