We really enjoyed our stay in Napoli. The hosts answered our questions and requests promptly, gave clear instructions, and kept track of our flight because we were checking in late. Our room was clean, and the historic building had an elevator and a cute, green inner courtyard. The place is right in the heart of Napoli, near the university area and close to the port too. Highly recommended for a city break in Naples.

We didn't feel safe here and barely slept during the trip. Two different groups of boys staying there were extremely loud at night, and no staff member came to check what was going on. There's no security or staff at the property. The place wasn't very clean either, and the stairs were so slippery that the person I was traveling with fell. The location is the only good thing, and it isn't worth it.

Daily cleaning was excellent, with fresh towels, and the room itself was clean with a comfortable bed. I found the pillows too soft. It's a beautiful historic building in the center, close to Via Toledo and the Università metro station. The three-star rating is only because the window was so noisy that it sometimes disturbed our sleep. There are rooms facing the interior that should be quieter. Otherwise, I'd recommend it, and I think I'll come back and try to get the right room. 😀

The staff were helpful and friendly, and we had a nice, spacious room with four beds, plenty of room for a short stay. It's close to everything, while still being quiet by Naples standards.
