Vincenzo was very kind and helpful. The B&B is new and clean, near the metro, in a quiet area with good services. Breakfast is covered through a special agreement with an excellent café and pastry shop. I recommend it if you’re looking to stay outside the city center.

We were in Fuorigrotta for work, so this will be our go-to place from now on. We stayed at this wonderful B&B on the evening of January 1st. Our room was super-large, new, comfortable, and had all the amenities. Spotlessly clean, with wonderful bathrooms and perfect insulation from the outside world. Kudos to the owner, Vincenzo, who was extremely kind and always available.

The owner was extremely kind and available, gave me excellent advice, and replied quickly to all my requests. The property is modern, well-maintained, and very clean. The location works especially well for the Fiera and nearby area, and it’s well-connected for getting into central Naples too. I had a really pleasant stay at B&B De Lorenzo 22 and definitely recommend it!

Parking was available right in front of the B&B, and I found it excellent value for money. The property is modern, clean, tastefully furnished, and just the right size. It’s conveniently located near the metro and bus, so it’s easy to get to the Maradona Stadium, the Mostra d'Oltremare exhibition center, less than a 10-minute walk away, and the city center. I had a wonderful stay and will be back as soon as I can.

Vincenzo is incredibly kind and available 24/7, and he gave us information and suggestions for what to see and do around the city. The B&B is brand new and super cute, with everything you need in the room and bathroom. There’s also a shared kitchen with a coffee maker and water in the fridge for guests. It’s in a quiet residential area with excellent public transport links. Highly recommended! 😍
