I paid 370 euros to book the room for 4 days. One of the passengers got sick and couldn't travel, so we asked to cancel and get at least some of our money back. The place refunded not even one euro. Think carefully before booking.

Everything was as expected: a clean, nice room near the port, easy check-in, and staff who replied quickly. Breakfast was downstairs, with coffee, sparkling water, and a pastry.

The room was full of dust, and the way he dealt with customers was rude and unprofessional. We'd asked to leave our bags, then a misunderstanding came up and he threatened to make us come back within fifteen minutes to hand over the keys. Who does he think he is? He shouldn't be running a business that serves tourists. I had to ask for a receipt myself, too. It was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Customers deserve respect!
