Paolo at reception was so friendly, kind, and generous, and really stood out during our stay. The main issue was the neighborhood. Although reviews had described it as a great area and the hotel is close to the train and bus stations, we felt unsafe when returning after 5pm or heading out before 9am. There were a lot of dodgy characters around, so stay alert and aware of your surroundings. We spent four nights here. The room and bathroom were compact for three adults, but that’s what we expected in a city. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast had a nice continental selection, with some cheeses, ham, bacon, and egg. The rooftop terrace was beautiful, but only open during breakfast, which was disappointing since we wanted to sit out there later in the day or evening. There’s a very small gym behind reception with modern equipment, one of each machine, though we didn’t use it while out exploring. WiFi was free with a decent signal and connection. A small bar downstairs is run by reception, so staff might not be there to serve. Let them know you’re waiting. Prices were reasonable. You pay extra for the minibar or safe, and the city tax is due at the end, as expected.

The hotel is clean and pleasant, and it’s very close to the central train station for trips elsewhere. The metro is nearby too. Tickets cost 1.50, and it’s easy to get to the port for boat trips. The area itself is quite dirty and didn’t feel safe at night.

Everything was great when I checked in today. The room is modern and spotless, and the bathroom is fantastic, especially the shower. There’s a minibar, a fridge, and facilities for making tea. All the main transport connections are under five minutes away. I’d highly recommend it!

We slept really well thanks to the comfortable bed and pillows, and breakfast was fresh and satisfying. The interiors and furnishings felt carefully chosen, balancing style with comfort. It’s a distinctive, lively place with lovely views and a charming feel, but the nearby high street didn’t disturb us. The location is also convenient for exploring Naples. Most of all, the staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us comfortable from the start. A memorable stay, and we’d be delighted to return to Naples and stay here again.

The plaza was filthy, with trash everywhere and people hanging around all evening. The hotel was farther from the airport than we expected, and the airport transport came with a fee. It was just a regular taxi drop-off that we could have arranged ourselves, and there was no airport pickup. The front desk staff were helpful in suggesting a nearby airport and arranging transport for the next morning.
