I booked 3 nights with Mrs. Silvana, from June 28 to 30. When I got to Naples train station, I tried several times to reach her as we'd agreed, but couldn't. At midnight I was desperately looking for somewhere else, so my family would be safe, especially my 13-year-old daughter. After a few failed attempts, I was fortunate to find a B&B that would take us. The next day, Mrs. Silvana messaged me after I'd written that I was speechless about her behavior, asking me to call as soon as I woke up. Right after that, her sister-in-law sent an apology and explained that Mrs. Silvana had run into a problem after her mother fell. Even so, they left us stranded in the street in the middle of the night with a 13-year-old girl. It was unacceptable behavior, and they put my family's safety at risk by leaving us to potentially wander around the city at that hour. What do you think? Emiliano
