The room was nice, but a bit shabby, with rust, peeling baseboards and a broken towel rail. It also felt stuffy. There was just one small window in the first room, facing the courtyard, and the bathroom smelled unpleasantly of sewage. We kept the bathroom door shut, but the smell wouldn't go away. Dirty water came up from the sink when I washed my face and brushed my teeth. The main shower head didn't give enough water to wash properly, though the small showerhead fortunately worked.

Ms. Martina was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. She also let us leave our luggage after checkout. The room was clean and carefully detailed, and I'd choose it again. The one drawback was the bedroom window: it had no blinds, so light came in day and night because the hallway light was never switched off.

We were on the first floor, in a small but charming apartment with everything we needed. The owner was delightful and always available. The B&B is made up of two apartments in the lively, colorful alleys of the Spanish Quarters, right in the heart of Naples. You can get around easily by public transport, and you're steps from the city center, the Cumana train station, the trolleybus and Toledo station. Highly recommended.

We stayed from August 19 to August 22, and the owners were kind and available whenever we needed them. The complex was clean and private. The place has all the essentials, including TV, Netflix, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kettle and a coffee maker. Its location is strategic, with many points of interest just minutes away and Via Toledo around the corner. Congratulations to Mrs. Martina. We're two adults and our little girl, and we'll be back. I'll recommend it.

Martina was very kind, courteous and helpful, and the property was clean and welcoming. It's close to the center of Naples and good value for money. We stayed from December 31, 2022 to January 1, 2023, and will definitely come back. Thank you.
