You can't get food at the hotel, so you'll need Glovo, like Uber Eats, or go out to eat. The rooms are quite small and really just for sleeping, though there's a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Behind the hotel is a pretty nice spot to relax in the evenings. There aren't staff on site outside 14:30-20:00, but there's a phone number that's meant to be reachable 24/7. I can confirm someone answered when we arrived at 23:00, and the customer service was great. The location isn't great for walking into central Naples, which takes around 40-50 minutes. Buses are very irregular. We relied on taxis, which are quick and not too expensive, around 16 euros for a 10-15 minute ride.

They were friendly and caring, and made our first trip to naples, Italy a great stay. The beds and towels were refreshed every day. We couldn't get there before closing, but one call sorted it out with no hassle. They sent the codes we needed straight away, so we could get into the room late that evening. The location is a little iffy since there isn't much public transportation nearby, but walking to the city center isn't bad.

I spent four nights here and had a relaxed, enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was the disappointing part: it smelled bad wherever we went and was very dirty. Public transport is a complete mess. Buses usually come every 40-50 minutes, which makes it hard to get to the attractions, since most are far away and can mean walking plenty of kilometers.

We only needed a place for the night after taking a train into Naples and before flying out the next morning. This budget bread and breakfast felt clean and new, and sits between the city center and the airport. The manager on site was friendly, and check-in and check-out were simple. The room was basic and clearly budget level, but seemed decent value for a short stay or layover. We didn't get to see Naples, though in the little time we were there it felt rougher and easy to find intimidating. Watch out with airport or train station taxis. We asked our driver to use the meter, but when he saw the fare would be quite low, he changed his mind and added several extra charges, more than doubling it.
