Cabà bed&breakfast

The room was large, 25 sq.m., and exceptionally clean, which we appreciated. But getting to it was difficult. Entering the building is easy, then you have to pass through a heavy iron gate that feels prison-like and climb 8-10 very narrow, steep steps. Carrying heavy luggage up them is exhausting. The bathroom had no towel hooks, just an impractical ladder-style rack. The neighborhood’s alleys are very narrow and feel unsafe at night, and Naples’ large stone pavement makes dragging suitcases hard. It’s a clean room at a good price, but be ready for the stairs and the location. UPDATE, RESPONSE TO THE OWNER’S INSULTING REPLY: The owner called my factual review “silly” and said “people like me shouldn’t travel.” That was deeply unprofessional and offensive. He didn’t address the problems I mentioned, including the 8 steep stairs he confirmed himself, the missing towel hooks, and my safety concerns. Instead, he made it personal. That aggressive response shows future guests how he treats customers. I stand by my honest feedback.
